Sounds from the Hojave

Continuo offers 12 extra-long guitar patches that allow you to explore the soundscapes of the wasteland: the Hojaves and the Badlands.rnrn- The 6 Hojave guitars are raw, almost cello-sounding patches that add life and intimacy to your music. You can also use them as an additional layer to enhance realism. 6 Badlands guitars are straight, edgy, and sometimes organ-like sounding patches that create sharper or epic soundscapes. These guitars use techniques such as bowed, tremolos, vibratos, beaten (with a wooden stick), and driven patches for added texture and depth.

  • Sound library is good. Installation is possibly the worst I have ever experienced. I am a solutions architecture consultant with over 30 years of experience. I have worked for over 50 clients in over 30 industries and I have seen the full gamut of bad to good in all aspects of software. Karanyi has perhaps the worst, most inconsistent mess of installation approaches, poor, incomplete and incorrect documentation, many, many manual steps and many, many places to get things wrong that I have ever witnessed. Over that last month or two, I have purchased a number of Karanyi products and each time I download and work through the byzantine installation process and witness that each installation process is unique and undocumented and sometimes wrong, I begin to question my sanity for purchasing yet another package of pain. If the sounds were not as good as they are, I would’ve given up a long time ago. I have, however, reached my limit. No more Karanyi Sounds products until this installation nightmare is cleaned up and turned into something that no longer looks like it was created by someone who is creating software for the very first time. I am sorry for the harsh words, but Karanyi is losing business because of this hot mess.
